How do I track my order?
You can track your order in several ways:
Sign in and go to Track your orders in your account — you'll see real-time status for every package. You'll also receive tracking updates via email once your order ships.
How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods like holidays or flash sales, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request a cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team at support@stylehubmiami.com. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, we're unable to make changes — but you can initiate a return once delivered.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment declines can happen for several reasons: insufficient funds, incorrect card details, your bank flagging an unfamiliar transaction, or an expired card. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to our support team.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Most domestic orders within the US arrive within 5–15 business days after processing. Some items may ship from international partners and take 10–25 business days. Estimated delivery dates are shown on each product page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and your shipping address. Many items qualify for free shipping — look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages. We frequently run free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products. Check the product page for shipping availability to your country, or contact support for specific inquiries.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, first check around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, with neighbors, or building reception). Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early. If still missing, contact us at support@stylehubmiami.com with your order number and we'll investigate.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Some categories like intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items may have different policies. See our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, log into your account and go to your order history, or email support@stylehubmiami.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged or defective
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/defective item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

How do I create an account?
Click the person icon in the header or visit our login page. You can create an account using your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save addresses, maintain a wishlist, and check out faster.
I forgot my password
On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it. The link expires after 24 hours.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your account and navigate to the Addresses section. You can add, edit, or remove saved addresses. Note that changing your default address won't affect orders already in processing — those will ship to the address used at checkout.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. All products sold through StyleHub Miami are sourced from authorized retailers and verified partners. We work with trusted partners to ensure authenticity and quality. If you ever have concerns about a product you've received, contact our support team immediately.
Why do prices change?
Our prices reflect real-time market conditions and market pricing. Prices may fluctuate based on demand, availability, and sourcing costs. The price shown at checkout is the price you'll pay. We recommend completing your purchase promptly if you find a great deal.
Do you price match?
We strive to offer competitive prices, and many of our products already reflect significant savings compared to retail. While we don't have a formal price-match guarantee, if you find a significantly lower price from a verified retailer, let us know and we'll do our best to help.
