Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after your payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
During high-demand periods such as holiday seasons or major promotions, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the product, shipping method, and your location. Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the ship date, not the order date. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing (for international orders), weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, package dimensions, and your shipping address. Many products qualify for free standard shipping within the US — look for the "Free Shipping" badge on product pages.
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We do not charge hidden fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also see the status of every order at any time by signing in and visiting Track your orders in your account.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping notification for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
Shipping Destinations
We primarily ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available for select products. Shipping availability to your country will be indicated at checkout.
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories for all products. Please check product availability for your specific address at checkout.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. You will only be charged for shipping once, regardless of the number of shipments.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking information first. If tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, or if the package appears lost, contact us at support@stylehubmiami.com and we will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
