Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags and original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stylehubmiami.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Methods
- Original payment method: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Store credit: Available immediately upon return approval. Store credit never expires.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. For items of greater value, you'll pay the difference. Contact support@stylehubmiami.com to arrange an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Opened beauty and skincare products
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the return window has closed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@stylehubmiami.com. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of return approval, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at support@stylehubmiami.com.
