Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The item must be in resellable condition. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective: intimate apparel and swimwear, personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, health and hygiene products (opened), gift cards, and items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@stylehubmiami.com with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, reason for return, and photos (if the item is damaged or defective).

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions, including a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank or credit card statement. Then contact your bank, as processing times can vary. If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@stylehubmiami.com and we'll investigate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
